About Michael

My love of outdoor adventure and sports pushed me to experience both at a higher physical level. To achieve this, I learned new ways to increase my own strength and conditioning. I created Big Tree Fitness to teach these techniques to you. My training sessions are based on a simple idea: create greater strength, muscle endurance and stamina. I will teach you how to use your own body weight, free weights, dumb bells, kettle bells and other equipment to reach your goals. My goal is to guide you along this path. Big Tree Fitness is like life: you will get out of it everything that you put in.

Why BIG TREE FITNESS?

Lifting and strength training are not things reserved for elite athletes. My goal is to work with average people who are looking to improve upon fitness. It's not always about getting thin or becoming a body builder. The idea behind Big Tree Fitness is to reach anyone and everyone looking to make improvements in their health and physical fitness. I started this program out of my garage, and it has grown into a community in which I've been able to help people of all walks of life accomplish their fitness goals.

We create custom programs for each individual that comes through our doors. We use a large variety of weights and equipment that we can tailor to any age or fitness level. Our trainers never pack the classes so that we can individualize our training to your needs.

Personal training should be available to anyone who wishes to improve upon their fitness, strength, and quality of life. That's why are programs are affordable and can compete with any gym membership fee. We want everyone in our community to be able to take advantage of custom and personalized fitness training.
